A glance at our signature class families

Hot Yoga 26 (Bikram)

The classic 26-posture series performed at 40°C. A full-body, full-mind reset for all levels, also offered as an Express format.

Pilates

All our Pilates classes, in four formats: not heated at room temperature (Mat Sculpt), heated (Hot Mat Sculpt, Hot Mat Flow), on the infrared mat without heat (Infrared Core Longevity) and heated on the infrared mat (Infrared Mat Sculpt, Hot Hybrid Core, Hot Mat Infrared, Deep Tissue Reset, Infrared Core Resistance).

Barre

Sculpt Barre (not heated): small, controlled movements at the barre to sculpt and lengthen the whole body at room temperature. Burning Barre and Advanced Burning Barre (heated): higher-intensity heated barre intervals for full-body strength and tone.

Flow & Yin

Hot Vinyasa Flow and Hot Power Vinyasa, flowing, expressive heated movement, plus Hot Yin to slow down, breathe and release.

Hot Dance

A mix of movement, music and freedom at 30°C, move, sweat and glow. No experience needed, all levels welcome.
