Yes. Our classes are designed for all levels. Every posture has modifications and our instructors guide you through each one, you can rest at any time.

Comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle. Mats, towels and a few essentials are available at the studio if you don't have your own.

Depending on the class, temperatures range between 30°C and 40°C. Infrared classes use radiant warmth for a different, deeply restorative form of heat.

Not at all. Every level is welcome. We recommend you arrive 10–15 minutes before class so you can settle in and meet your instructor.

Hydrate throughout the day, eat a light meal at least 2 hours before class, and arrive 10–15 minutes early. Leave phones and shoes outside the practice room and step in ready to slow down.
